Jackie has been a phenomenal agent for us. She’s organized, knowledgeable, punctual, and always helpful and available. It’s hard to put into words how great it has been to work with Jackie to find our home. We had been working with another realtor for several months and were struggling to gain any significant ground in this ultra-competitive market. We were mulling the possibility of switching realtors and a friend recommended Jackie. We’re so fortunate that she did. Jackie was extremely helpful from the very beginning. From the very beginning, she took the time to really understand our needs. She scheduled a call with us the very next day to fully understand our interests (e.g. desired areas, preferred style of homes, etc.). She helped us understand the complexities of the market — having honest conversations upfront about what we could expect based on the current landscape. After that initial call, she made herself available to address any questions or concerns that we had. It didn’t matter if we sent her a text at 9 PM on a Saturday (and believe me, we did), she was always available to address our questions, of which there were many. She coached us on strategies to really make our offer stand out. Advice that we had not received from previous realtors. We eventually put an offer for a condo and Jackie absolutely went to work on our behalf. The rapport that she built with the listing agent was amazing. We ended up getting outbid (as is the case in LA). But our terms were structured so well that the listing agent agreed to make us the only back up offer in case the first offer fell through. We put an offer in on another condo in our dream neighborhood, using the same strategies/terms that Jackie suggested. Our offer was accepted!! We were blessed to have Jackie helping us along the way. We had submitted soooo many unsuccessful offers prior to working with her. We were honestly ready to stop our search. If you’re in search of a home, I 1000% recommend Jackie’s services. She’s super responsive, knows the market sooo well and is willing to go the extra mile on behalf of her clients. Jackie is an all-star! As first time-time home buyers in this hyper-competitive L.A. market, Jackie advised my wife and me expertly at every step of the way. She negotiated on our behalf to get our offer on a home to the top! It was not easy. She took the time to educate us on the process, to help us organize and prepare the best offer possible, to set expectations based on knowledge of the market, and to better understand the integrity of any house we looked at. Jackie is honestly one of the most skilled communicators we have ever met. Some of the reasons that helped us be successful: She built trust with the selling agents, establishing clear communication with them and educating them about the strength of our offer while also navigating my wife and my expectations and emotions through a nail-biting negotiating process. Jackie is fantastic! It has been a whirlwind finding a house in today’s market but she guided us with gentle care through it all. She is prompt and prepared. She is gracious and kind. She even entertained my rambunctious toddler on a house viewing, giving me a chance to take it all in. She helped us through all the steps of the house buying process. We just purchased a house with Jackie and it was honestly ALL because of her that we won the bid! We even beat out an all cash offer because the seller and listing agent were so impressed with how clean our offer was, and how strong our communication was (All thanks to Jackie!). Jackie was exceptionally communicative throughout our entire home buying process, even going out of her way to walk us through example inspection reports and giving us tips to what the market is currently like and what we needed to do to stay competitive. We followed all of her advice, and it's yet again another reason why our offer ended up being so strong. She also helped us with referrals for a mortgage broker who has been wonderful to work with, as well as an inspector. Her knowledge of the markets we were looking in were just so helpful for us too in narrowing down what we were looking for. We were able to purchase a property in only 1.5 months of looking, which shocked me (I was expecting a long and drawn out process). I would highly recommend Jackie and would love to work with her again.

Jackie helped me purchase a home for my parents in 2020, at the very beginning of the pandemic. We loved her, my Asian parents loved her, and a couple years later, my sister and brother-in-law chose Jackie to help them buy a new home as well, and they loved her too. So when it was time for me to buy a home with my partner, of course Jackie was our go-to. But life changing opportunities took us away from LA to Sacramento. While my partner and I split time initially between LA and Sacramento, Jackie continued to advise with patience, kindness, and our best interests at heart, even if that meant making sure we had a different realtor instead of her at our side if we chose to purchase in Sacramento so that we would have the local knowledge we needed to make good decisions. Once we were able to finish relocation to Sacramento, we connected with a local realtor to start our home buying journey. I always knew Jackie was exceptional and irreplaceable but now we were confronted with just how exceptional Jackie is. The stark difference we experienced with the realtors in Sacramento was a confirmation of why so many people avoid getting a realtor and have anxiety with the home purchase process: we did not get the client care we needed or expected; we did not get the education or information we needed to make good decisions; and we honestly felt disrespected. We were constantly asking ourselves, “why didn’t the realtor tell us this?” and found ourselves needing to push our realtor to get questions answered. But even then, what the realtor responded with always fell short of what we actually wanted or needed. When we shared our frustrations with her, like a superhero, Jackie swooped in to help us. She helped review our documents, go over questions, let us know what to expect, advised on questions to ask or items to consider. She also worked some magic and got us a different realtor in Sacramento to make sure we had someone solid with local knowledge to take us through the finish line without issues. My partner and I are both client centered professionals who know what good client care looks like. Jackie is goals in this arena. You would be fortunate to land her as your advocate, partner, and trusted guide in one of the biggest purchases you might ever make in your life. Choose wisely! Meaning, choose Jackie. If you, like me, have ever wondered what exactly a realtor does for their clients, you’ll quickly realize the expertise, knowledge, and relationships that a seasoned real estate professional like Jackie brings once you start working with her. A close friend of mine who closed on a home last year referred me and my wife to Jackie as we began to seriously shop around for a new home. The LA region is a highly competitive market, so we wanted someone who knows the area, can spot / warn us away from shoddy flips, and guide us through what can be a very stressful process. I appreciated the client education she offered, particularly for me (a first-time homebuyer) and even my wife (who was out of practice for almost a decade). Understanding and reviewing what goes into a purchase agreement, what the different contingencies are, and how to best prepare an offer allowed us to navigate the home buying process with more confidence and awareness of what we were getting into. Jackie gave us her undivided attention.
